And we need your help to get us there Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Legal team as a Legal Associate based in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Handle a range of legal work, including drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting the contract negotiation process for different departments. Advise the company on a wide range of regulatory and commercial legal issues. Support the Legal Counsel in providing support to business units and management on complex and sensitive legal matters, including but not limited to general corporate commercial. Conduct legal research and assist in legal administrative tasks. Qualifications Degree holder in Legal (e.g. LLB) or equivalent preferred. Around 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) OR 3+ years of indirect experience (e.g. Compliance, paralegal) with strong interest in pursuing a career in inhouse legal advisory. Candidate with less experience can be considered for Junior Legal Associate. Experience in TMT field or fast-paced technology company will be highly preferred. Experience in handling corporate commercial matters. Independent, hands on at work with good organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
