Director, Distribution Transformation Join to apply for the Director, Distribution Transformation role at Manulife. 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Opportunity An opportunity to join Manulife’s Asia Regional Distribution team, playing a critical role in shaping and executing the overall strategy within a fit-for-purpose governance framework. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Manulife’s Asia distribution – both in terms of the transformative changes required in the short- to medium-term as well as the game-changers required to build longer-term competitive advantage. This role is not simply about putting strategy and plans on a page – rather it encompasses both the strategic element as well as taking a pragmatic approach to planning how to capture value in the short-term. Working closely with the Asia Chief Distribution Officer and the Head of Asia Distribution Strategy, there is large scope for impact and driving massive change Position Responsibilities Own the design and roll-out of strategic initiatives across markets – which will combine current state analysis, problem solving, solution planning, execution orchestration and change management Hand-in-hand to drive strategic initiatives and realize impact Continuously identify and address opportunities to develop our business across core strategic themes Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective end-to-end delivery Required Qualifications Experience in having conceived and executed on transformation end-to-end to create tangible value. Familiarity with an agile organizational model is essential Experience in life insurance distribution and financial services, covering critical aspects of value creation through customer acquisition and management, as well as distribution transformation.
