Food Runner - Terrace Boulud – Mandarin Oriental , Hong Kong About the Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within the Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Food Runner - Terrace Boulud is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always being attentive. The Food Runner - Terrace Boulud reports to the Restaurant Manager - Terrace Boulud.
