Building Services Coordinator

Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations, working schedules, procedures, quality control and project planning for BS submission. Coordinate with all BS subcontractors as well as builder's representatives on site to effectively integrate BS systems into the building. Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Utilities Companies on BS work. Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Lead and organize project meetings with all related parties. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines. At least 5 years of relevant working experience on MVAC and E&M projects; candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Building Services Coordinator. Experience in fitting out firms is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with CSD / CBW drawings. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Attention to detail, excellent time management, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good organizational skills and the ability to take up projects independently. Immediate availability is preferred.
