Specialist, Future Airport Experience role at HK Express Airport Systems Management and Enhancement Work closely with IT and Digital team for passenger services systems and digital platforms maintenance and upgrade (airport-related features); Support the implementation of self-service initiatives across the HKE network; Prepare business requirements for system enhancement and product development, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to confirm the changes and arrangements; Draft UAT and operational trial plan when required, support on delivery of changes or new product and monitor implementation performance; Provide immediate support or workaround in the case of system malfunctions, raise an incident report to the system vendors, monitor investigation results and identify remedial actions. Data analysis and insights Drive a data-driven decision-making culture across Ground Services by using descriptive and predictive analytical models to manage the airport products and cost performance; Draft management report with insights and recommendations; Drive actionable insights by analysing operational and customer data, influencing the design of airport processes based on derived insights; Manage, maintain and review all dashboards across Ground; Services, ensuring accessibility and clarity for stakeholders to understand performance metrics. Future Airport Experience Enhance passenger airport experience by using next-gen technology, like biometrics and AI, to streamline airport processes; Research and participate in the industry seminar for the proposal of changes with budget considerations. Stakeholder and Vendor Management Support system-related vendor contracting and keep track of relevant expenditures; Support projects and campaigns with other Commercial and other business units to drive improvement in customer experience and revenue; Support projects with partner airlines; Collaborate with different parties on airport system readiness for new stations launch and airport products implementation, overseas travel might be required. Qualifications A tertiary graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in the aviation industry is preferable; Solid knowledge in airport services systems and UAT is a must, while working experience in an airline’s head office would be an advantage; Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skills; Hands-on experience with vendor management; Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and with knowledge in data management and SQL; Good understanding of systems and processes in the airline industry or airport operations would be an advantage; Interested and sensitive to gadget trends and with a basic understanding of the latest technology in the aviation industry; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with cultural diversity and teamwork; Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Applications; Strong command of both spoken and written English, with fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua a plus.
