Regional Social Media Program Manager, North Asia Hilti Group is hiring a Regional Social Media Program Manager to drive social media programs across the North Asia region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea) and to manage Hong Kong’s social media strategy and digital marketing initiatives. What does the role involve? Drive strategy for internal employee advocacy (Hilti Network) – activation, scaling, training, governance and recognition. Support external influencer programs – develop frameworks, source and manage creators and agencies, ensure brand safety and performance. Partner with Global Digital, Marketing, Product Leadership, Trade, Engineering Marketing and HR for consistent messaging and enablement. Own program KPIs, monthly dashboards, quarterly insights and regional social media budgets. Hands‑on Social Media Management – Hong Kong Market (MOHK) Accountable for HK’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp. Build and run the content calendar, brand‑fit creative, copy and publishing cadence. Community management. Content creation and campaign production – short‑form video, carousels, stories, reels, shorts, thought‑leadership posts. Brief and manage agencies for high‑production pieces. Tailor content by audience (specifiers, contractors, engineers) and by channel. Sprinklr operations – scheduling, listening, routing and reporting; troubleshoot with Global as needed. Conversational marketing on WhatsApp and campaign concepts with counterpart and agency. Build monthly HK dashboards (reach, engagement, CTR, VTR, site traffic) and insight‑led recommendations. External Influencer Programs and Internal Employee Advocacy Program Identify and develop influencer pool (internal & external), execute engagement campaigns and content. Execute Hilti Network internal communication and promotion, drive participants engagement through social content and internal competitions. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Present monthly progress and quarterly business impact to MOHK Executive Management Team and Regional Hub Digital Team. Run test‑and‑learn sprints (creative formats, copy angles, posting windows, targeting) and document playbooks. What you need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 5–10 years in social media; at least 2 years with direct social channel management and community moderation. Passionate and self‑motivated, with demonstrated success running influencer programs and/or creator collaborations, and experience enabling employee advocacy or running internal enablement/training. Strong copywriting and content adaptation skills for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube; short‑form video familiarity. Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social media platform (publishing, listening, care, reporting). Solid analytics and experimentation mindset, dashboards, UTM, insight storytelling. Stakeholder management across cultures; balance regional leadership with local execution. Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency preferred. Experience in B2B/industrial or construction sector ideal. Basic video editing and design skills (Premiere/CapCut/Canva) and understanding of performance marketing workflows, CRM/MA integrations, webinar promotion beneficial.
