ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER

We require a high calibre individual to join us for the following position: ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER COMMERCIAL BUILDING - WAN CHAI Responsibilities: Assist the property manager in providing high-quality property management services Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management Requirements: Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines At least 2 years’ working experience in related field and similar capacity. Experience in managing commercial complex is an advantage Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing is preferred Candidate with more experience would be considered as Property Officer We offer attractive remuneration and excellent prospects for the right candidate.
