Our client, a forward-thinking international law firm, is seeking a Junior Analyst to join their Global Business Acceptance team in Hong Kong . This is a unique opportunity to work across jurisdictions, supporting the firm's strategic growth while developing expertise in Business acceptance and conflict resolution, Client due diligence (CDD) and financial crime prevention, Reputational risk identification and escalation What You'll Be Doing: As a Junior Compliance Analyst , you'll support global business acceptance operations and your key responsibilities include: Managing Queries: Analyse and resolve client and matter-related business acceptance issues, ensuring alignment with firm policies. Learning & Development: Receive extensive training and grow into areas such as conflicts, due diligence, financial crime, and reputational risk. Team Collaboration: Work closely with global colleagues across Business Acceptance, Risk & Compliance, and other departments. Workload Management: Prioritise tasks effectively and support team members to meet firm-wide needs. Quality & Inclusion: Promote high standards of work and contribute to an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture. Continuous Improvement: Seek learning opportunities and provide feedback to enhance processes and systems. Strategic Engagement: Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with the team's global strategy.
