Their mission is to simplify international logistics through smart, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Role Overview They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to expand the client base, drive strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across key markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in eCommerce, retail, and logistics sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners. Develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs and align with the capabilities. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management-preferably in eCommerce, logistics, or tech. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of cross-border logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth. Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
