Our mission is to provide customers with top‑class services and to support individuals, families, and businesses worldwide. Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end investment operations performed by offshore teams, including data maintenance, regulatory and external reporting, and reconciliation. Monitor internal control procedures, design workflow to meet business and market requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in re‑engineering initiatives to boost operational efficiency. Handle exceptional/error cases, including case reporting, remediation, root‑cause analysis and improvement. Participate in product and system development projects and coordinate user acceptance tests. Manage and update authorized signatories of subsidiary bank accounts, performing regular reviews in accordance with procedures. Extract and prepare figures from core systems for various reporting purposes. Handle customer, branch and external enquiries. Qualifications University degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualifications. Experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of investment products, systems and regulations preferred. Strong self‑motivation, attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Excel/Access preferred. Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Sense of ownership, a servicing mindset, and sound judgment in decision making.
