We are looking for a Growth Consultant to drive AI brand visibility and convert Google search traffic, enhancing customer acquisition through search optimization and advertising. Key tasks include building & optimizing landing pages, refining product value propositions, writing copy, monitoring data, and optimizing user journeys to ensure effective conversion and business growth. Key Responsibilities Daily website content maintenance: update and maintain website content, participate in conversion optimization for financial product pages, provide content support to other teams. Search traffic & AI exposure conversion & optimization: identify traffic sources, optimize landing pages based on keyword demand, develop traffic strategy & user journey plans, adjust conversion paths using A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Understanding financial products & selling advantages: gain deep understanding of company products, refine product value propositions, write related copy, complete content loop for landing pages to communicate information and drive conversion. Data analysis & optimization: monitor and analyze user growth data from channels, identify risks & growth opportunities, implement data‑driven strategy optimizations, focus on distinguishing SEO & SEM traffic. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. Proficiency in English for daily work and communication; able to write financial product value propositions and landing page content in English. Basic understanding of the financial industry; experience with U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, or digital currency investment is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills, team‑oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure and drive resources. Strong data‑analysis mindset: understand and analyze operational data, demonstrate logical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Strong execution ability, high initiative, adaptability to fast‑paced environment, excellent cross‑departmental communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in both English & Chinese. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of SEM/SEO for international markets, prior experience or internships in performance advertising. Experience in C‑end digital marketing, basic understanding of SEO/SEM, experience with GSC, GA4, and Google Ads management. Proficiency in using AI office tools.
