Senior Analyst

Join us now as Senior Analyst in Hong Kong within the Asia Pacific Equity team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investment research on a bottom up and top-down basis with a focus on sustainability and identify actionable ideas that would add value to our equity portfolios. This position is at the Director level. What You Will Do Conduct cross-sector, Asia Pacific region-wide sustainable investment research and analysis to provide advice and actionable insights to Equity portfolio managers and analysts. Work with Asia Pacific Equity portfolio managers and analysts to integrate sustainability research in the investment process. Identify bottom-up investment ideas related to sustainability, e.g. beneficiaries of corporate governance reforms, environmental policies, and social changes. Work with portfolio managers to ensure our portfolios fulfil regulatory and client expectations in regards to sustainability matters. Drive equity product positioning and investment methodology discussions by aligning sustainability insights with portfolio strategies. Act as subject matter expert and sustainability ambassador in Asia Pacific both internally and externally. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in sustainability investing or equity research as director level hire. Deep understanding of Asia Pacific equity markets and the regional sustainability landscape. Strong analytical skills and clear, persuasive communication abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Preferably a CFA holder. Relevant professional qualifications in sustainable investing is expected, e.g. CFA Sustainable Investing Certificate, CESGA, etc. AI skills: Data Analytics.
