Business Development & Leasing Manager (Flexible Workspace / Serviced Office) Location: West Kowloon, Hong Kong About the Role: A rapidly expanding regional workspace solutions group is setting up its first Hong Kong flagship project in West Kowloon. We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Leasing Manager to drive market entry, build client networks, and oversee daily operations. This is a founding team role offering significant growth potential for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Tenant Acquisition: Present and promote workspace offerings to attract and secure corporate clients. Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, maintain service excellence, and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction. Community & Events: Organize business networking sessions, themed workshops, and promotional events to foster collaboration. Marketing & Growth: Conduct market analysis, design local marketing initiatives, and enhance project visibility and occupancy. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in leasing, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in co‑working or commercial real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of the Hong Kong office and business landscape with solid local connections.
