Tea Sommelier What you'll be doing Providing expert tea knowledge and recommendations to customers, helping them select the perfect tea for their tastes and preferences Curating and maintaining our diverse tea selection, ensuring optimal freshness and quality Conducting tea tastings and workshops to educate customers and foster a deeper appreciation for tea Assisting with inventory management, stock ordering, and maintaining the tea bar and preparation area Collaborating with the wider team to enhance the overall customer experience Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tea industry What we're looking for Extensive knowledge and passion for premium teas, including their origins, production methods, and flavour profiles Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and educate customers Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of tea preparation and presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs Previous experience in a similar tea or specialty food and beverage role would be an advantage Location: Wan Chai District, HK Company: MG Distribution Hong Kong Limited #J-18808-Ljbffr
