Our client "Lenovo PCCW Solutions" is seeking a Senior Technical Officer (Audio Visual) to join their team Are you passionate about audio-visual technology and looking for a challenging role where you can lead projects and ensure top-quality sound and video outputs? This exciting opportunity allows you to work with cutting‑edge electronic systems and contribute to enhancing audience experiences through your technical expertise. What you'll be doing? System Maintenance: Lead a team or work independently to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on dedicated electronic systems, ensuring optimal performance. Project Implementation: Spearhead projects to upgrade existing systems or implement new requirements, driving innovation in audio‑visual technology. Audio‑Visual Operations: Operate sophisticated sound and video systems for various purposes, including sound reinforcement, stage monitoring, and A/V recording/production. Quality Control: Manage and control the quality of sound and video programme outputs, maintaining high standards of performance. Customer Relations: Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes and performances. Who are they looking for? Educational Background: Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology, Technical Arts, Sound Design and Technology, Media and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining audio‑visual and/or digital media equipment. Flexibility: Willingness to perform irregular shift duties, adapting to the dynamic nature of the role. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage technical documentation. Why you should consider this opportunity?
