DBA Analyst Job Description We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in familiar reporting, SQL (preferably Oracle SQL), and Data Warehouse technologies. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating reports, and extracting insights to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with system analysts and business stakeholders to bridge and close the gap between technical solutions and business requirements. Proficiency in using SQL for data analysis is a key requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Utilize SQL (preferably Oracle SQL) to query and manipulate data from various databases and data sources for in-depth analysis. Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data. Work closely with system analysts and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making through SQL analysis. Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure data quality and integrity in the analysis process. Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements by effectively communicating SQL analysis results to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Oracle SQL preferred. Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality. Demonstrated expertise in using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
