Excellent career progression Team-based work culture Job Responsibilities Grow the bank’s mortgage lending business by referring mortgage applications to our branch. Provide privilege mortgage solutions and services to customers; identify customers’ other banking needs such as protection, financial products, and follow through the mortgage application journey. Manage relationships with value customers. Acquire, develop and retain relationships with potential value customers. Analyze short- and long-term financial needs of clients. Provide financial solutions that fulfill the needs of customers to enhance their wealth portfolio. Organize and support customer events to deepen customer relationships. Qualifications HKCEE/DSE with at least five subjects passed, and at least 1 year of experience in banking, sales, and customer service preferred. Relevant experience in data handling and campaign implementation. Efficient, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
