Job Summary The Senior Marketing Manager at WATI will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution, particularly within the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be adept at leading a team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, particularly for SaaS products. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, with a focus on SaaS. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI. Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure and report on campaign performance. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high‑quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing software). Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the SaaS industry.
