Responsibilities Assist the Manager to run the team smoothly and operational metrics as required by management Perform daily fund operation, bank reconciliation and portfolio valuations Monitor and reconcile the fund investment transactions and reconcile Investment positions on a regular basis Handle regulatory reports & liaise with auditors for the audit of funds Arrange funds set up & participate in Continuous Improvement Projects Prepare necessary financial reports for management Handle ad-hoc assignment as required Qualifications University graduate in Accounting or Finance discipline Member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent is preferable At least 6 years’ experience in Fund Accounting in which 2 years at the supervisory level Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word); experience in accounting system application is preferred Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong initiative with good problem solving skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Fund Accounting Benefits & Compensation We offer attractive remuneration package & benefits to the right candidates.
