Work closely with team leaders on manpower planning and drive effective strategies to cope with rapid hiring needs. Manage full recruitment cycle, including candidates sourcing, interviews, offer making, and background checking, in a timely manner. Formulate job description and make use of the best recruitment channels. Follow up new hire documentation. Compliance and HR Administration: Ensure compliance with HK employment ordinance, MPF regulations and other relevant labour laws. Assist in developing and implementing policies and processes related to talent acquisition and onboarding. Interacts with external consultants and government authorities e.g. HK Labour Department on relevant HR matters. Prepare various HR reports and handle ad hoc HR duties / projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. At least one year's HR experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / Hospitality / FMCG industry with focus in mass recruitment and employee engagement. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. In-depth knowledge of HK employment laws and regulations (e.g. employment ordinance, eMPF etc). Competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
