We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at General Security Group. Responsibilities Supervise service standards and discipline of junior staff, including regular night shift duties. Ensure adequate deployment of security guards to meet client requirements through manpower and strategic planning. Liaise with customers, address inquiries and complaints, and attend meetings with clients or resident groups outside office hours as needed. Conduct exit interviews and telephone surveys to reduce staff turnover and improve retention. Resolve staff disputes and grievances among operational employees. Perform staff appraisals for operational team members. Identify training needs, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions as required. Assist in process improvement and policy development. Fulfill other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisors. Requirements Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Service Management, Sales & Marketing or Business Administration related discipline. Minimum 5 years proven experience in equivalent experience in Customer Service or Hospitality Industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Demonstrated leadership ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
