To uphold our commitment to world‑class safety standards, we are now recruiting a dedicated Safety Supervisor to join our professional operations team. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager in implementing and monitoring the mall’s safety management systems, facilities and environment. Conduct daily safety inspections across retail, back‑of‑house, loading bays, and public areas such as escalators, wet floors, fire exits etc. Identify hazards, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on incident reports. Organize safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for cleaning, security, and maintenance teams. Prepare inspection reports and maintain compliance with Labour Department and Fire Services Ordinance requirements. Respond promptly to incidents and liaise with internal teams and authorities when needed. Requirements Form 5 / DSE or above; diploma in Occupational Safety & Health is an advantage. Valid Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of safety‑related experience, preferably in shopping malls, retail, or services field. Holder of valid First Aid Certificate; QAS or chemical handling knowledge is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT for report writing; strong command of Cantonese, English, and preferably Mandarin. Detail‑oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and crisis‑management skills.
