Responsible for the marketing of Cainiao Smart Gateway (warehouse facilities and services), build extensive network and brand in logistics and related industry. Attract logistics space demand, and achieve the leasing target. Job Duties Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Manage leasing activities, negotiate lease terms and execute tenancy agreement. Increase occupancy rate of the warehouse project. Generate new business pipeline by building and fostering quality relationships with existing and prospective customers. Develop an in-depth understanding of our tenants, their business, customers, strategies and trends that may impact their need for space. Establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with brokers and other business partners; Regularly review the property market, maintain up-to-date records of market intelligence including property availability, rental rates, lease transactions and market trends. Provide reports and information to management. Work with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment works. Other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements The candidate should have strong background and network in logistics industry in Hong Kong. The knowledge of logistics properties market in Hong Kong would be an advantage; The candidate must possess experience in consultative selling , be able to understand the customers' needs, familiar with contract logistics, air freight or logistics real estate; At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in Logistics Real Estates Company or leading logistics company ; Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills; Positive working attitude. Open minded and willing to take challenges; Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
