  • Support group financial consolidation work, including data reconciliation, consistency checks, intercompany and reconciliation;
  • Cooperate with external auditors and internal audit teams, provide complete financial data, reconciliation sheets and supporting documents, follow up on audit progress and resolve financial reporting discrepancies in a timely manner;
  • Conduct regular financial data analysis, summarize financial highlights and deviations, and prepare professional financial analysis reports; Devise policies and procedures for business processes from financial control perspective;
  • Support system migration, process improvements, and automation initiatives; Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies;
  • Undertake daily financial report review, data verification and financial document archiving work, and assist the team in completing ad hoc financial tasks.
Skills and Abilities
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in professional accounting firms/financial services industry;
  • In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong Accounting Standards and Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Good numerical and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail, results-oriented, and delivery- focused;
  • Good interpersonal skills, and able to work independently;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, extensive experience with VBA/Python preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent;
  • Qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA/other recognized accounting bodies preferred.
