You will collaborate closely with the firm's top-tier disputes and corporate teams, gaining exposure to high-stakes cases and innovative restructuring solutions. WHAT Handle a broad spectrum of R&I matters, including formal insolvency proceedings, distressed M&A, debt restructuring, and creditor/debtor advisory work. Lead on contentious insolvency cases, from litigation strategy to enforcement actions. Draft and negotiate complex restructuring agreements, financing documents, and transactional deliverables. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative team culture. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on high-profile matters. Adapt quickly to evolving legal and market trends, contributing to the teams growth and innovation. YOU 4-7 years PQE (Hong Kong or equivalent common law jurisdiction). Hong Kong admission preferred, though exceptional candidates with international experience will be considered. Proven experience in restructuring transactions and contentious insolvency proceedings. Exceptional Englishdrafting skills and a solid grasp of contract and finance law fundamentals. A self-starter who can manage matters independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to guide juniors and work seamlessly with senior partners. Elite law firm training and outstanding academic credentials.
