Unified Global Markets APAC COO - Business Manager Are you organized and independent in driving a complex business forward? Responsibilities Managing day‑to‑day operations from office desk planning, business continuity management plans, outsourcing to enhancing the operating model, processes, aligning risk control frameworks globally Supporting business heads with number crunching and analytics to identify business opportunities Instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward Working closely with the UGM GM APAC COO, Legal & Compliance (both Investment Bank and Global Wealth Management) as well as other key stakeholders across various divisions. Together, supporting, driving and implementing UGM GM’s strategy, conducting audit and thematic reviews, and supporting ad hoc presentations. Qualifications 3 - 5 years relevant industry experience (ideally business management, COO or project manager role) with general understanding of banking operational processes and product knowledge Analytical and capable of presenting and interpreting information to support decision making Excellent organizational skills and logical thought process to resolve issues systematically Liaising and coordinating key stakeholders across various divisions and functions Strong communication with the ability to articulate issues, identify risks and propose solutions clearly and concisely Manage multiple priorities, and ensure completion of deliverables in a timely fashion A high degree of integrity, open, honest and direct communication Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, MS tools Your team The UGM Global Markets COO Distribution APAC team is a highly strategic team that is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support initiatives, overseeing business operation and processes and controls that impact our client’s experience. You will have broad exposure across UGM Global Markets in other regions in APAC and globally as well as Global Wealth Management.
