Senior Graphic Designer (Brand and Art Direction) Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Art Direction) Key Responsibilities Art Direction & Branding : Develop and define seasonal or series art direction/themes for product lines, campaigns, and branding materials, including product packaging, photos, and graphics. Ensure a cohesive and inspiring brand identity across all platforms. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials : Design creative and engaging visuals for product promotions, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Produce art materials and photos for physical campaigns, events, and retail displays. Photography & Retouching : Execute product photography and shooting when necessary and ensure professional quality in imagery. Perform photo retouching to enhance the visual appeal of product images. Video Creation (Preferred) : Conceptualize and create short videos for social media platforms such as Instagram to increase audience engagement (experience or interest in this area is preferred). Work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure the timely delivery of projects. Oversee the production of graphic and visual materials for campaigns, ensuring high-quality and brand consistency. Requirements Experience : A minimum of 4 years of solid experience in commercial graphic design. Previous experience in the skincare or retail industry is highly preferred. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Skills : Strong expertise in graphic design for social media, product promotion, and campaigns. Proficiency in photo retouching and product photography. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.). Interest or experience in creating short videos for social media is highly desirable. Ability to translate creative ideas into execution with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
