Treasury (fiat) Leader

Oversee daily management and allocation of fiat funds, ensuring capital safety and adequate liquidity. Monitor and optimize fiat deposit/withdrawal processes to enhance capital turnover efficiency and user experience. Establish and improve risk control, compliance, and internal control systems related to fund operations. Collaborate closely with payment business owners on fiat–payment integration and business process design. Conduct daily reconciliation of payment channel transaction data, including exception checks and troubleshooting. Prepare regular reconciliation and settlement reports to ensure accuracy and alignment between accounts and actual funds. Expand, negotiate, and maintain fiat payment channels to ensure diversification and compliance. Continuously optimize fund flow paths and costs to improve funding efficiency. Track regulatory updates, banking policies, and industry trends in third-party payments to adjust strategies in a timely manner. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and lead the fiat fund operations team, defining workflows and performance metrics. Work efficiently with Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Payment, and Product teams to support project execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in trading, settlement, or fund operations; experience in finance or internet industries is preferred. Strong numerical sensitivity and solid risk awareness. Detail-oriented with strong learning ability and excellent communication and coordination skills.
