Chief Finance Officer Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this full-time position is based in our San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District offices. About the Role As the Chief Finance Officer at Marvel Steel Trading Corporation Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy and operations of this dynamic organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring Marvel Steel Trading Corporation Ltd maintains financial stability and drives continued growth. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives Directing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide senior management with timely, accurate financial information Managing the accounting team and overseeing all financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance Analysing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance Liaising with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to ensure compliance and maximise financial efficiency Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business as a member of the senior leadership team What We’re Looking For Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, with at least 10 years of experinece in senior finance roles within the manufacturing or trading industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines What We Offer Generous annual leave and sick leave entitlements Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Modern, well-equipped office facilities with a focus on employee wellbeing Regular team-building activities and social events About Us Marvel Steel Trading Corporation Ltd is a leading Construction and steel trading and distribution company based in Hong Kong.
