, Operations Risk Management Job Summary: Vice President (Operations Risk Management, Operations Division) Job Duties Lead and plan the implementation of CCP risk enhancements related to new products, services and regulatory initiatives. Enhance CCP risk operations framework and procedures to meet business development and evolving regulatory requirements, including market, credit, collateral and liquidity risk management. Work with relevant parties to ensure compliance with international standards and applicable regulations and maintain proper documentation. Communicate effectively on risk management requirements and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders via regular and ad hoc channels. Liaise with market practitioners, clearing participants, and overseas and mainland clearing houses on CCP risk management related matters. Job Requirements University degree or equivalent; preferably in Risk Management / Finance / Economics or a related subject. Holder of relevant professional qualification, preferably MBA, MS in Finance, FRM or CFA. At least 10 years' relevant experience in counterparty risk or clearing / collateral operations at a CCP, bank, asset manager, hedge fund or similar financial organizations, of which at least 5 years at a management level. Excellent managerial, analytical, strategic thinking, networking, interpersonal and communication skills. Well versed in international regulatory standards / practices, clearing house rules and risk monitoring systems; experience with global or regional CCP, in particular clearing in over-the-counter (OTC) market, is an advantage. Excellent business acumen who believes in teamwork and possesses positive / to-do attitude with strong people management skills. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
