Full-Time Nanny

Job Overview We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny who can provide excellent childcare for a western family. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with children, assisting with daily activities, and promoting a positive and nurturing environment. The role will also involve traveling with the family to ensure that the children’s needs are met while on the go. Working for us will demand a high level of organization, with strong capabilities in planning activities, drafting comprehensive feedback reports, and managing technology with confidence. Resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic are essential attributes for success. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a video introduction prior to the interview. Duties Provide daily care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage in age‑appropriate activities that encourage learning and development, including play, crafts, outdoor activities, and reading. With English as the main language, the ability to speak Mandarin or other languages with the children is appreciated to help promote language skills and cultural exposure. Assist with schoolwork, snack preparation, and any other needs related to the children’s daily routines. Help with bedtime routines, including reading, brushing teeth, and ensuring a calm and positive environment before sleep. Travel with the family to various destinations and ensure that the children are well cared for while away from home. Maintain a clean and organized play area and assist in tidying up after activities. Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s progress, health, and any concerns, including drafting reports and following calendars and checklists. Work collaboratively with other nannies and home staff to ensure seamless care during rotating shifts. Adapt to the children’s changing needs, providing emotional support and encouragement. Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements Fluent in English. Appreciation for Mandarin or any other western language. Graduate education completed in fields such as education, nursing, or another comparable discipline. 3+ years of professional experience in childcare, including roles such as babysitter, nanny, teacher. References from previous employers. Certification in first aid and child and infant CPR, AED certification is a plus. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is a plus.
