R/247/25) Duties Deliver outstanding teaching and effectively manage undergraduate and postgraduate courses, either individually or as part of a team. The appointee is expected to produce high‑quality, impactful research and contribute significantly to the academic community. Responsibilities include conducting excellent research, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and supervising PhD students. Candidates at the rank of Associate Professor or above are also expected to undertake administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements Chair Professor: strong academic qualifications, substantial relevant experience in higher education, and an internationally recognised record of research and scholarship. Expected to provide strong academic and managerial leadership in the Department. Professor and Associate Professor: PhD, relevant teaching experience, extensive record of research publications in top‑tier journals, commitment to quality teaching, and capability to provide research leadership, curriculum development, and postgraduate supervision. Assistant Professor: PhD or near completion, strong potential to publish in top‑tier journals. Salary and Conditions of Service Remuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and individual performance.
