Medical Affairs Associate (Pharmaceutical) Our client is a leading MNC pharmaceutical company and seeking a Medical Affaire Associate to join their team on a renewable contract basis. As a Medical Affaire Associate , this role will be pivotal in establishing their organization as a scientific leader while ensuring that medical strategies align with business objectives and address unmet medical needs in priority disease areas. Key Responsibilities: Engage with HCPs to foster meaningful scientific relationships through meetings and direct interactions Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and HCPs. Provide medical and scientific input to internal stakeholders, enhancing the organization’s presence as a leader in the field. Provide professional advice and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders regarding medical queries. Develop and implement local medical plans aligned with brand strategies, focusing on priority disease areas. Contribute to the lifecycle management of priority brands, ensuring that medical insights are integrated into brand planning processes. Ensure all medical activities comply with local and international regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. Review and approve medical materials to ensure they are balanced, up-to-date, and meet industry standards. Drive the strategic development and dissemination of scientific data through publications in medical journals and presentations at global medical congresses. Support the generation of real-world data through involvement in advisory boards, expert meetings, and early access programs. Key Requirements: PhD or master’s degree in Science, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related discipline Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Knowledgeable about regulatory environment / requirements Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Fresh Graduates will be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
