We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Company to explore business. Job Description Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Air Freight Management Team. Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day running of operations tasks, such as cargo claims, licence inspection, ISO examination. Assist in the planning and execution of operational budgets, certificate renewal, operations procedures and systems. Prepare and provide reports to internal teams, external parties and key stakeholders. Handle airfreight issues and liaising with internal and external units/parties. Collaborate with overseas branch offices to facilitate effective communication and smooth daily workflow. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems. Initiate recruitment on vacant posts and coordinate with Human Resources Department. Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as required by the high‑level management team. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an air freight forwarding company. Ensure timely management and arrangement of assignments and requirements from principals. Work independently, self‑initiative with good interpersonal skill. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage).
