The Plot Thickens : Job Description Integrated marketing communications (IMC) : Provide strategic thinking and approach to guide communication tactics across different marketing channels including paid owned and earned media. Media relations : Propose strategy for media pitching interesting story angles and maintain a network of media contacts; Organize media briefings support media strategy counsel to spokespeople and manage media events. Content creation : Ensure consistent tone and accuracy of content review key content pieces (such as press releases Q&A documents bylines) and develop key messages and communication plans for clients (in English and Chinese). Market intelligence and reporting : Oversee and review different types of reports track results against goals and provide insightful summaries and analysis for clients. Client relations : Serve as a point person and trusted partner with clients provide counsel and manage expectations for program execution and maintain a high-quality standard across the work you deliver. Account management : Oversee day-to-day account activities with speed and accuracy track account budget and resourcing and work with senior leaders to manage all aspects of the account. New business : Contribute to RFPs and pitch decks and participate in new business presentations. Mentorship / training : Serve as a direct manager to junior staff and provide constructive feedback to help staff grow and advance their development (soft- and hard-skills).
