Analyst (Corporate Finance)

Job Duties Participate in corporate finance projects, including IPO, M&A and financial advisory; Perform due diligence, research, analysis, financial modelling and documentation of different IPO projects and transactions; Assist to prepare listing documents and draft letters; Prepare and translate marketing materials, including pitchbooks, credentials, teasers, etc; Communicate with clients and professional parties; Maintain documentation work and filing record; Support senior management and engage in any ad‑hoc tasks assigned; Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC in connection with implementation of projects; Participate in execution of corporate finance transactions including IPO applications, financial advisory and independent financial advisory relating to Listing Rules (and/or Takeovers Code); Provide administrative support and assistant to the team. Requirements Fresh Graduate is welcome; Degree holder or above in the field of business, professional accounting and/or legal; 1‑year relevant experience in corporate finance preferably gained from investment banks, corporate finance advisory firms or international accounting firms (less experience will be considered as analyst); Hands on experience working in corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs; Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure; High attention to detail; Good knowledge about financial market and corporate finance activities; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Fluency and excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) & English.
