Job Overview Lead end-to-end project management for Operations system initiatives, including upgrades, enhancements, and new system implementations. Monitor end-to-end processes of project implementation to ensure quality deliverables from IT/vendor teams. Act as the primary liaison between Operations stakeholders and the IT/Development teams or external vendors. Plan, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system changes affecting the Operations department. Support operations colleagues in UAT execution, and act as the central point for issue logging and tracking. Validate that system fixes meet requirements and provide final UAT sign-off before production deployment. Support Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, and coordinate changes to improve productivity, improve risk management and control. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operations department of a securities firm, bank, or other financial institution. Must be familiar with back/middle-office processes (e.g., trade booking, settlement, reconciliations etc.). Business analysis and project management experience or a similar role in the financial industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. Proactive and self-motivated, good planning, presentation and negotiation skills, with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work effectively and independently under pressure. High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua).
