Acquired by Hong Kong conglomerate I.T Apparels Ltd in 2011, it continues to expand its business worldwide through 「BAPE STORE®」「BAPEXCLUSIVE™」「BAPE KIDS®」. It has now expanded into Mens', Ladies and Kids line and is carried throughout stores in Japan and also sold in US, UK, China and various Asian countries. Accountabilities – Key Result Areas Manage and coordinate daily operations of offline stores and online platforms, such as Shopify and third‑party logistics integration; liaise with HQ for system synchronization. Prepare OTB, seasonal and annual buying plans based on a thorough understanding of consumer, market trends and company business objectives. Execute buying activities, stock planning and allocation, order fulfillment, shipping and merchandise delivery and reordering situations. Support seasonal campaign execution across online platforms and offline stores. Analyze business performance and inventory turn by delivering regular sales reports. Work with marketing and retail teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions. Experience / Qualification Requirements Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles / E‑commerce / Retail Operations discipline. At least 3 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/retail industry. Hands‑on experience in Shopify operations and knowledge of Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel‑based reporting. Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape. Proficiency in English is highly preferred. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Competitive remuneration and benefit package will be offered to the right candidate.
