Job Responsibilities Assist the Senior Manager to manage the on-site property management team and service contractors to oversee the day-to-day operation of the commercial building. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships through prompt and efficient service. Create exceptional visitor experiences through a consistently professional and welcoming approach. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs). Plan, coordinate, and conduct regular emergency drills and evacuation exercises to ensure safety of properties. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Degree in Property Management/Housing Studies or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in managing commercial building preferred. Can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
