Assistant Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing

Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE) is a leading independent media company dedicated to entertaining audiences in Asia and beyond. The company creates and distributes branded pay television channels, Apps and digital services targeted at Asian consumers. Responsibilities Content creation, curation and management for social media and digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and others. Manage and run campaigns on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook, IG), Tik Tok and Google Ads, provide insights, analysis and compile post-campaign reports. Drive Digital Marketing initiatives & campaigns with partners, and manage marketing campaigns of the company’s App and website. Collaborate with internal teams and regional business partners to execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to stimulate brand awareness and increase engagement and subscription to our services. Liaise with graphic designers and video producers to create digital creatives, including images, videos, and display banners. Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications University graduate in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 – 4 years of regional sales & marketing and/or sales support experience, preferably in Film, TV, digital services in Asia (TV, SVOD or Theatrical) or the advertising industry in Southeast Asia, is highly preferred. Effective communication and influencing skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required; other language skills is a plus. Experience in film and television, along with a good sense of pop culture and trends in Asian and Western content is a must. Basic knowledge of video production and editing. Proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), along with Adobe Creative Suite software, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, committed, strong attention to detail, and organized. Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude and a team player.
