Branch Manager

Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve preset business goals and targets. Assist District Manager and co-operate with Investment Consultant to plan investment seminar. Handling Client complaints on banking services and products. Plan and manage business strategies and activities to meet business targets. Oversee daily branch operations. Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers. Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirement.
