I am partnering with a leading global manufacturer to hire a seasoned Data Architect to lead and manage enterprise-level data initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the company's data infrastructure, governance, and cloud strategy across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage data-centric projects including governance, sharing, and flow optimization Collaborate with business users to enhance tools and reporting solutions Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and frameworks Define and manage efficient data flows across departments and platforms Work with regional teams on multi-cloud data sharing (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) Oversee project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals Conduct QA and progress reviews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary Requirements Degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field 5+ years in data engineering, including 2+ years as a Data Architect Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) Proficient in SQL and Python (5+ years) Familiar with database management (MS SQL, Oracle ERP/DB) Knowledge of data warehousing, governance, and security best practices Experience in hybrid infrastructure and streaming/big data is a plus Exposure to AI/ML projects is advantageous Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Manufacturing industry experience and understanding of process engineering are a plus Why Apply?
