Barista and Shop Assistant Manager 咖啡師兼店鋪副經理 我們正在尋找一位熱情敬業、充滿活力的全職咖啡師，成為我們營運的核心和靈魂。在這個職位上，您將負責製作品質卓越的咖啡和其他飲品，提供優質的客戶服務，並確保我們的店鋪環境乾淨整潔、溫馨舒適。您將透過積極貢獻力量，為店舖的成功做出重要貢獻，協助我們達成銷售目標。如果您熱愛飲品，並熱愛與人交流，我們期待您的加入！ Responsibilities Lead FOH operations daily 負責每日前廳運營 Coordinate with BOH for production & restocking 與後廚協調生產及補貨事宜 Maintain hygiene standards & store cleanliness 維護衛生標準和店鋪清潔 Onboarding of new staff 新進員工入職培訓 Maintain service standards 維護服務標準 Stock management & ordering 庫存管理與訂貨 Daily inventory checks 每日庫存盤點 Waste tracking & reduction 損耗追蹤與減少 Payment reconciliation (cashless) 付款核對（無現金支付） Daily sales report & weekly ops summary 每日銷售報告和每週營運總結 Handle customer inquiries & complaints 處理顧客諮詢和投訴 Ensure brand service tone is followed 確保品牌服務風格貫徹執行 Maintain MIMMO’s premium & friendly vibe 維護MIMMO的高端友善氛圍 Requirements 要求 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, Shift Supervisor, or Store Manager in a cafe/ bakery/F&B. 至少兩年在咖啡館/麵包店/餐飲店擔任咖啡師、值班主管或店長的經驗。 Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages. 精通咖啡沖泡技巧及飲品製作。 Strong industry network and relationships within the coffee, hospitality, or related sectors. 在咖啡、餐飲或相關行業擁有廣泛的人脈和關係。 Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable coffee experience. 具備卓越的客戶服務技能，能夠為顧客提供難忘的咖啡體驗。 Creative problem-solving skills and the willingness to experiment with new ideas. 具備創造性的問題解決能力，並樂於嘗試新想法。 Basic understanding of inventory management. 了解基本的庫存管理。 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 能夠靈活適應各種輪班安排，包括週末和假日。 Can work under pressure. 能夠承受工作壓力。 Proficiency in Cantonese and English. 流利粵語和英語。 Benefits 福利 Staff meals 免費膳食 Tips 小費 Growth to Store Manager 晉升門市經理的機會 6 days off per month 每月6天帶薪休假 #J-18808-Ljbffr
