This role offers you a unique opportunity to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically appealing user experiences that set the standard in the rapidly evolving crypto industry. Your work will not only shape customer‑facing designs that meet the needs of a global audience but also drive business‑facing design practices that underpin strategic decisions and product development. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will lead the charge in transforming ideas into design‑driven solutions that resonate with users globally. What You’ll Be Doing Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is front‑of‑mind throughout the product development process Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research Partner with cross‑functional peers within Product and Engineering in Asia and internationally to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions—representing design and being the voice for the user throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership Consistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through formal Design Reviews, presentations and by facilitating design thinking workshops Mentor other designers throughout the organization on craft, quality, experience, and processes. Continuously iterate existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis results, exploring design styles that better align with the product positioning at different stages. Participate throughout the product as the final authority in product design, providing professional recommendations in product expression. What We Look For In You Outstanding abilities in user experience and interaction design, proficient in basic interaction components and their suitable applications. Decision‑making ability when faced with multiple solutions. Demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as the ability to explain ideas and advocate for design decisions. Deeply understand the meaning of design empowering businesses, with a track record of successfully empowering businesses in multiple large‑scale projects. High professionalism and a sense of ownership, excellent communication and expression skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Expertise with facilitating discussions and/or workshops to help foster alignment, influence product goals and requirements and generate ideas. Excellent aesthetic sense, a clear understanding of the evolution of design styles both domestically and internationally with personal interpretations. Pursue high standards in both the structure and details of all produced content, striving to create visually appealing works. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams of Designers, Product Manager, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers.
