Fresh Grad Hire – Brand Creative Designer Brand Creative is the heart of our storytelling. We are the architects of Futu and moomoo global narrative, crafting the soul of one of the world’s most disruptive fintech brands. We don’t just make assets; we create visual experiences that transform complex investing into relatable, inspiring stories. Your Role This is a launchpad for a career in strategic art direction. You will provide essential art direction and design support to the Brand Creative Lead, bridging creative vision with high‑quality execution and contributing to the global brand narrative. Key Responsibilities Support creative campaigns by executing visual design for key marketing channels with meticulous attention to detail. Research and analyze industry trends, global design movements and competitive campaigns; synthesize insights into mood boards and creative briefs. Begin to art‑direct specific projects under mentorship, translating briefs and insights into effective concepts. Guard the Futubull and moomoo visual identity, championing consistency and quality. Develop high‑quality visual presentations for branding, marketing and events. Adapt master assets for regional markets while maintaining brand integrity. Collaborate with global partners in English; present work clearly. Participate in brainstorming and reviews, offering fresh, research‑grounded ideas. Develop project‑management skills to move creative projects efficiently. Take ownership of more complex projects and large‑scale integrated marketing campaigns. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field; recent graduate (January 2025–August 2026). Excellent English reading, writing and communication skills. Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational skills and potential for advanced conceptual and art‑direction thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; motion graphics and AIGC tools are a plus. Knowledge of brand strategy and global design trends; understanding of visual systems and design concepts. Meticulous eye for detail, typography and composition. Strong communication and coordination skills with project‑management aptitude. Preferred: experience or awards in international creative competitions or related tech/Internet industry projects.
