As the organiser of "Publishing 3.0+ Initiative", the company aims at building Hong Kong’s first AI-powered multilingual content hub, with the vision of positioning the city as a global center for cultural exchange and intellectual property (IP) trading. InnoContent Limited is looking for high-caliber professionals. Job Responsibilities Assist in the management of government-funded project, including writing business correspondence, reports analysis, and preparing meeting minutes; Coordinate and meet with different stakeholders, including project committee members, vendor, government representatives, publishers, and authors for the project development, implementation, budget management and reporting, etc. Assist in managing various online and off-line marketing events. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with good communication and presentation skills; At least 2 years relevant working experience in sales & marketing, public relations, or project administration; applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Project Assistant. Familiar with the Hong Kong publishing industry is advantageous; Self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with practical problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills; Immediate availability preferred.
