Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement improvements areas in cost management governance in bank-wide functions
  • Develop a decision support system to facilitate management in data driven decision making
  • Implement automation to integrate the cost accounting, allocation, reporting and planning
  • Facilitate cost review and cost optimization initiatives to continuously drive efficiency and scale  
  • Support various ad hoc initiatives to support the Bank wide and functional strategies


Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in financial industry, direct experience from banking is highly preferred
  • Direct exposure in cost governance, allocation, budgeting and analytics
  • Experience in the rollout of cost accounting system is a plus, and familiar with MIS reporting
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, execution, and process reengineering skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment
