5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with exposure to IPO transactions preferred.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and IPO-specific analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts and IPO strategies clearly and persuasively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects efficiently, and meet IPO deadlines.
Immediately available is highly preferred
