Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of POS systems and other Agency Technology solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product team, business, and senior leaders to deliver technology projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on POS systems and Agency Technology.
- Strong life insurance domain knowledge especially in the full product life cycle.
- Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in software development, system integration, and network administration.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication in English and Cantonese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
