Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Key responsibilities
  • Product manager for managing high value payment products, assist the team lead on product development (enhancements), testing & product management.
    • Collaborate closely with HQ and stakeholders to justify, prioritize, and define business requirements.
    • Review function design specification and clarify with stakeholders in both HK & HQ on HK requirement and usage. Manage User Acceptance Tests, Live Verification and ensure completeness, integrity, and usability of final delivered solutions.
    • Provide subject matter expertise, guide and educate internal stakeholders, minimizing customer disputes and queries, by producing internal briefing, training, public and internal web site update, customer FAQ, etc.
    • Create product collateral for marketing payment and receivable products and ensure clear understanding of product capabilities across various customer touchpoints, including relationship managers, sales, and client management though proactive communication programs
    • Perform updates to Product repository, customer user guides, internet and intranet sites
  • Product manager for FI clearing business and cover
    • FI customer onboarding flow
    • FI clearing related enhancements
    • Data analytics for business management
  • Assist commercialization efforts with data analysis, use case replication, etc
  • Support incident management for client impacted payment incidents
Key skills
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines
  • 5-7 years of experience in banking/ finance especially banking operations, product management areas
  • Experienced in product enhancements, product development and banking operations
  • Knowledge of Payment flow, SWIFT MT and MX messages is an added advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good business analysis skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
